What countries do you ship to?

At this time I am only shipping to the USA but with future plans to ship internationally.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 Shipping is a $7.99 flat rate. 

 

How do I get free shipping?

Spend $99 or more and you qualify for free shipping.

 

Where do you ship from? 

Each of the products come from different manufactures directly.

Our products are shipped from around the world.

 

Many of the items are shipped from the USA.

Other places items get shipped from include:

China

Vietnam

How long will it take until I get my product?

Times for how quickly you get your product will vary. You can see the estimated delivery times on the product's page. This is includes processing time and shipping time.

When the product ships you will be emailed a tracking code and will be able to track where your package is at on our Track Order page.

The processing and shipping time will depend on the product and where it is coming from. In general the products are delivered anywhere from 2-8 weeks. 

The times on the product's page will give you an idea of what to expect for that specific product.

Unfortunately due to COVID 19 shipping times are generally slower than they used to be and with rising transport and fuel costs the price of shipping are at an all time high. 

My goal is happy customers which is why I am offering flat rate shipping and free shipping after the $35 threshold.

 

How can I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking code once the package has been shipped. You can look up and track your package on the Track Order page.

 

What happens if my product never comes?

If it has been 8 weeks and your package has not come. Go to our Returns and Refunds page for more information. We will refund your order, give you store credit or we will resend the item.
